The day starts with a walk along the ridge to Monte Ginezzo, high above Lake Trasimeno.

After the walk on Monte Ginezzo there is time for a look around the centre of Cortona.

After lunch we walk around Cortona, the route takes us out of the town and to the Medici fortress at the top.

Return to the centre of Cortona down steep medieval streets.
